Great smokes. Looks like the company has shut down unfortunately. Anyone found another company online with the same loose tobacco ??

Where a great company to deal with, unfortunately I think they might have shut up shop because they haven’t replied to my emails about not being able to order since mid December.
If it’s just a bug, I hope they fix it soon because before half way through December 2025, they were fantastic.

These guys are the best they deliver so quickly and seeings I live in Tasmania it can take many days and sometimes over a week for my order to arrive. Have always brought for these guys as delivery is so quick. Sadly I have had to find some were else to perched my items from as these guys have no products and have not replied to my emails. Please please does anyone know what's going on?

Excellent store the cigarettes come within 3 days from QLD very good quality smokes, im just having drama with not being able to look at the products it says there are none hoping it is a bug or not open back till after christmas.

I was a little hesitant but that vanished immediately after placing my order. Good communication and prompt service, giving me reassurance throughout the process. My delivery had a problem, however once emailed, the company responded promptly and rectified the situation immediately. I’m quite impressed & would highly recommend!

Have to give 1 star which is disappointing. Especially having been a customer at least twice a month for the past 4-5 months. However my order this week has been a disaster.
Paid $150 everything normal, email with tracking again all normal.. copy & pasted the tracking into my aus post account.. yep can see it’s collected from Pxxxx moved to another facility k in Syd yep all normal..
Then today I get a delivered notification via text from Aust post… awesome I’m home (don’t remember seeing the postie rural area they bring it up to the house)hmm
So check the post app..
Yeah it’s delivered 3,834km away from my house!
Go back to the app cos Aust post take a pic of where it’s left.. can’t access that cos the name on parcel doesn’t match my name. Clearly a balls up with my tracking obviously someone else’s order.
I’m thinking that’s ok… I’ve dealt with these guys for months so I email them saying I think you’ve given me the wrong tracking number it’s been delivered to WA and I’m in Tas… the reply was bizarre

‘All WA, SA and NT are going Via Tasmania for some reason, don't ask me why but it has been like that for the last couple of weeks.

Ummm what the? I email I’m in TAS not WA, SA or NT! No reply

I share the tracking from app that shows delivered…(not transit)… No reply

I share from App where it says we cannot show you the address as it doesn’t match your details.. NO reply!

I email again saying clearly you’ve stuffed up and given me a tracking number that doesn’t match the details in your email for that tracking number or it belongs to another order so just own that and admit you stuffed up and send what I paid for 4 days ago..

And guess what.. NO REPLY

*** update 19/12 rvd an email to say there was an error on their behalf and will be resending. I will leave the review here until the package is rvd.

I am the sort of person whos very wary of scams, so i generally dont do bank transfers. However, desperate times...

Placed my order late Thursday night, by the time i woke up i had a few emails and a tracking number. Item delivered today via express post and im IMPRESSED. It was still in its original sealed packaging and country of origin matched the description. In contrast, i bought from the highest rated seller here and received counterfeit items (as i have had the same brand for 15 years i could tell immediately)

Anyway, very happy with my overall experience. Hopefully this review can reassure someone who is on the fence like i was. Youve got yourself a new regular

Received replacement tobacco from the company today replacing my previous order (reviewed) and happy to say it's exactly what was advertised and expected. Given all previous orders have all arrived on time, in good condition and the products all presented well I was baffled with my last experience, even apprehensive. All good now, happy customer again.

I am retracting my former review on Affordable Tobacco and concede that obviously the errors were solely on my part. The contact by Affordable is without question. They responded immediately to queries and were extremely polite and patient. Finally I was able to proceed with my order to which they promptly acknowledged that they were processing my order. Without a doubt they consider their customer with respect and I apologise humbly for taking too long in understanding the correct way to place an order. Next time placing an order will be quick and effective.

Very unprofessional tobacco arrived in a sandwich bag with small pieces of shredded green plastic through it don’t waste your money shop elsewhere

Excellent service... It is always hard to recognise a legitimate seller... ATA has really speedy delivery, like next day or the day after you order in my experience... They're lovely to deal with also and kindly helped me with an issue I had. The products are legitimate and very well priced! I would highly recommend ATA.
