The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. They were helpful and understanding. I was able to contact them quickly and got prompt replies. I booked a umrah package with them and Nimra and Arooj were very helpful. I will definitely book with them again and recommend friends and family to do so as well.

I recently booked an affordable Umrah package with Umar and so far, the experience has been excellent. Umar has been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. The pricing is very reasonable compared to others I’ve seen, and everything has been handled smoothly so far.
Although my Umrah trip is scheduled for October, I’m feeling confident and hopeful that everything will continue to go well based on the great service I’ve received up to this point. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free and affordable Umrah booking experience.
