My Husband and I used aFinancial when applying for our first mortage and I could not recommend them enough, Tim and Michael have gone above and beyond for my Husband and I. They answered our thousand questions, constantly reassured us and helped us through the whole mind boggoling process. Tim managed to secure us a decision in principle very quickly so we were able to view houses, and then secured us a mortgage within a few days of us finding our house. It's been such a pleasure working alongside them, nothing was too much. Buying a house is a stressful and confusing experience but Tim and Michael have made it a good first experience for my Husband and I. I could not recommend them enough.

They were fantastic 3-4 years ago. Terrible service now.

We bought our current house with them 3-4 years ago and they were fantastic so we decided to use them again for a company property purchase. They have taken 5-6 months and we still don't have a mortgage. They have made mistakes such as filing for the wrong kind of mortgage when we told them what we needed from the get go, communication has been terrible to the point where I have needed to chase them up when they don't get back to me within the time frame they set themselves. After admitting to their mistakes over the phone, still haven't gotten the fire lit under them.

Last time I called, more excuses why we didn't get an update by the time they gave us and one of the Senior Partners came out with "Well, you aren't our only client." Perhaps we wrongly assumed that after taking 5 months of our time they would be a bit more pressed to deliver a good service. Have felt totally undervalued from start to finish this time around. Will never work with them again which was a shame as again they were fantastic years ago. Sadly cannot and will not recommend.

A.financial is an amazing team.Especially Hassan he is very helpful,patient,reliable,he is always here replying your email and call ,giving advice .He is very professional and a nice guy.He always had answered to your million of questions,even the silly one.He is hard working and very dedicate to his profession.He always try his best to make thing easy for you.He will contact the estate agent and solicitor on your behalf all the time so you don’t have the stress to call and update them.He is the best .Highly recommended.Thanks for much without him it will be harder to get the mortgage

Have tried a few Mortgage Brokers and aFinancial are by far the best.

They always find me great deals for my residential and buy to let mortgages and the process is simple and stress free. Staff have a wealth of knowledge and always give great advice on the best way to proceed.

Recommended I dint use Santandairs Solicitor and to use one they recommend, they took forever and as a result I paid thousands extra on a remortgage, as I spent months at the default rate.

Hassan and David really did well with all my queries and has helped a few friends of mine since!
