I’ve been using these guys for 15 years…
I’ve been using these guys for 15 years and they have never once let me down.
The service is always spot on, returns are easy (the fact I’ve only sent one pair of shoes back in 15 years speaks volumes, oh and that was because I didn’t size up like they’d recommended) and they have great stock.
I use them mainly for the Berwick shoes which are great value and a brand I highly recommend to people.
Overall, hugely impressive and I don’t know why they aren’t a strong 5 out of 5, they are as far as I’m concerned.

The returns policy was simple and I thought generous with 45 days. I called the number and spoke to a lady who was super lovely and helpful. Great customer service. wouldn't recommend on own experience.
Sadly, the laces sold to me (fine dress shoe laces) became unusable after a short while. The laces were made up of two layers, and the outer layer detatched and became bunched up, and i could no longer fasten shoes with them. A shame as they were offering a product that was difficult to come by.
