Not a great experience
Not a great experience, easily spent a few thousand with this company to date. Apparently that doesn’t mean anything to them, my shoes came in boxes that were destroyed. Outer shipping box showed no damage. The shoe boxes inside were heavily damaged, they were clearly packaged like this. Contacted support - no help at all, basically the response was not our problem. Will seriously look elsewhere before buying from here again. Shame.

I already emailed info and was told the following, "We do apologise that the boxes arrived to you like that, sometimes in transport they do have a tendency to get damaged."
The boxes were not damaged in transit as the outer box was in perfect shape - my order number was #111846 it was for two pairs of shoes and both the boxes were in tatters on arrival.

Having ordered polish from this company once before, I ordered more. After completing the order I wasnted to add more itms. I was reluctant to pay another postage charge to emaied them to see if an item could be added to the order, I received an email first thing the next morning saying that they able to do that without any further postage costs.
