Not trustful
First of all, I don’t trust this site anymore, there’s a difference between the advertising and the real content of the market, so I’d like to suggest you change your marketing strategy because it only causes confusion to the clients. And second of all, I’ll suggest you deal with the clients more to their needs, communication through email is old fashioned, there should exist a live chat where you can address your problems or questions regarding the orderings and things like that.
