The only good thing about this company is that we got our money back for the product! We waited almost 2 weeks for it to be delivered only to be told there was issues with delivery companies, initially we were told a 2 day wait, it cost us thousands of pounds in lost business! We eventually requested a refund and the money came back into our accounts quite quickly.

The compressor that arrived was faulty. No response from aflatek by phone or email.
However a refund was received.

Very pleased with the product and it's performance at this price range. Ordering was easy on website and delivery was efficient and helpful. Product arrived with packaging unharmed and driver wheeled it into my shed although I offered to pick it up from roadside.
Minor observations - certainly not complaints -
Some notification of delivery day would be helpful - I happened to be at home luckily.
Instruction Manual is not clear (translation issues) and doesn't deal with controls in machine.

Simply great! Super easy contact with Jeremy any questions answered withing few hrs even on Sunday! Compressor in my case 100pro just a beast! Won't get better performance from a single phase compressor and very quiet air coming out of a spray guy makes more noise than the motors themselves. Compressor came pretty quickly delivered in perfect condition in a solid wooden box. Compressor itself is nicely made everything is clean and nicely finished unlike some cheap China made ones. Welds on the tank look great, and switch plus air valves are great quality. If you are looking for compressor for your shed I would defo recommend Aflatek!!! And No I didn't get payed to write this haha this is genuine great company! Thanks Jeremy !!! And the rest of the team!

The product was delivered the following day at a reasonable price.
Sent an electronic invoice request to customer service, and got a response right away. All-around excellent service.

The compressor is very impressive and excellent let down by poor communication concerning when the compressor being despatched and a prospective delivery date. Good communication from the delivery company helped though.

I ordered 3 Silent PRO50 oil free compressors from this company and the experience so far has been exemplary. I had specific delivery instructions which were followed to the letter and communication with this company is excellent. I have given the units a once over and for the price they look more than adequate for the job. Only comment would be the euro plug attached but an adapter to remedy this was sent under a different supplier.

Till now I have not received the compressor.
You said next day delivery and now onevweek oassed..

On ordering, Alfatek where very helpful and the order was delivered in a timely manner. Good packaging with no damage to my order.

Purchased AFLATEK Silent 40 Air Compressor, Oil-Free, and was initially impressed. Unfortunately the compressor packed up after 3 months of very light use. We've been waiting for replacement parts since 15/12/20 after we offered to fix it ourselves. I've chased many times and the support is close to non-existent. I've since requested a refund and have not had a reply. I wouldn't recommend this company or their products. We've been forced to buy an alternative. Not a happy customer.

Its now nearly a month since my AFLATEK "silent" compressor arrived, and, no, it hasn't exploded and killed me, on the contrary it continues to be brilliant, and I am so very impressed with it. For example my spray gun trigger developed an air delivery fault in the middle of an extensive lacquer coating. The compressor just kicked in and kept supplying the excessive air needed to compensate for the leak in the gun, so I could just keep on going until the lacquer coating was complete.... Guys....seriously... How many compressors can do that???
This is a very seriously good compressor, and it has no competition whatsoever.
Its performance is really, really good.
Don't buy any of the UK products, they are utter rubbish. This Latvian lovely is amazing!
