My order arrived in less than a week and it was safely wrapped and packaged. I was very impressed by the quality of the items I ordered. I purchased the Real Touch NorfolkPine Garland, Pine Branches, Wreath, and Pine Tree. They are way better than I could have hoped for. I will be purchasing more so I can exchange some of my older Christmas decor to this as it looks so real!

This garland was Smaller and Thinner than I expected. However I will still use it.

Flowers look great! I don't think I am fooling anyone that they are real but still really pretty!

I was disappointed with how poorly it was packaged - in a box kept secure with two zip ties. When I opened the box nearly a third of the wreath was ripped off and in piles in the corners. If it weren't for needing it for a specific occasion I would have returned it. Why was there no tissue paper put on top of the wreath and bubble wrap to fill in to prevent this? The box was huge and was of course going to be tossed around in the shipping.

Two of ten little balls broken and the large blue hydrangea is still in the shape of a square.

I purchased your Norfolk garlands, tree, and wreath in the hopes they would end my search for realistic pines! I LOVE THEM AND CANNOT WAIT TO DECORATE FOR CHRISTMAS!

Shipping and packaging was great but I'm a little underwhelmed by the actual product. It's sparse and the colors aren't what I was envisioning from the photo.

My first order was never received. My second order came on time but I was disappointed with the quality of the stems I ordered. The tips of most of the leaves were brown and the bundle has several yellowed leaves as well. The quality is not worth the price they are overcharging.

So life like. Best decorating items on the market.

Love the pots, very unique designs! One of the four pots came broken, not they replaced it but also did a refunded.
