I LOVE Afloral!!!
I'm a huge fan of Afloral! Fantastic quality for artificial flowers. I was impressed and very pleased with the whole experience. Great service, shipped directly to my door, and the stems were beautiful. Unfortunately I did have to return some of the stems, but the return process was super easy and they approved/processed my return over the course of about a week (which included an already paid for return label). 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for gorgeous artificial flowers!

The packaging is quite poor. These elongated stems were bent and folded into a square box instead of placed in an elongated box. Consequently the stems are cracked leaving the designer with bent long beaches that cannot be opened up properly. The leaves were also coming off leaving the designer with bare stems in places. The designer had to reattach them with floral wire

Twice I ordered the same compote bowl
Twice I ordered the same compote bowl, and both times it arrived completely shattered. Even after the first mishap, shipping still packaged it the same way, without any kind of padding around it.

Pricey shipping. Good product
The products that I purchased are undeniably beautiful and I expect them to be for the price. I don't mind paying for a quality product but the shipping rates are not competitive with competitors. Though afloral products can be bulky, the products are not especially heavy so for the life of me I can not understand why shipping is so expensive. I wish there was an option for a slower, but cheaper delivery. Knowing that Afloral has such steep rates for shipping will definitely give me pause before ordering anything else from them.

Great quality, waste of boxes!
Everything showed up in great condition and shipping was quick! The quality of both the vase and flowers are great!
Only down side was the huge amount of waste due to excessive packaging. Each small vase came in their own separate box that was so big you could have fit 4 vases per box. I had 22 massive boxes show up at my door!!!
