The services were used to bring inbound goods from overseas. An invoice was sent that day and it was paid that day with the wire trail showing it hit their BMO account that day…Yet we were still charged $3k in fees for payment not being remitted quickly enough. Very unprofessional, will be looking for an alternative service provider.
I've been an AFL customer for over 10yrs and I've not had any bad experience with them. They are thorough professionals who knows what they do. Right from the time you notify them that you have a vehicle to be picked up from somewhere, to the delivering of your vehicle in Lagos seaport, you have their full support. I've used other companies before, but since I started using AFL, I've not had any reason to search for another company.
Give them a call and experience their services, your review may be better than mine in the future.
One thing I love about AFL is timing. They are very much available to answer your questions or needs as regards to dock receipts and other necessary documentation you need to get your shipment done. They are the best amongst all i have worked with.
Great service with transparency. AFL helped me get my newly purchased car through US customs, I didn't have to do anything except provide the documents they've asked for. My car was delivered on time and without any additional fees.

AFL services are swift but the only challenge is that one is required to pay for inland freight before the car is being pick up and in the process of trying to pay storage charges are incurring, I wish you guys like other shipping company will combine all the charges tonne invoice so that when the car arrives the client can pay for both the inland and sea frieght.

Was very nice but a lot of things has really changed. Very expensive charges now. In other companies they don’t charge $25 for release paper. You even charge to remake another dock receipt. I remember when Monika was there things were better and easy going.

Fast, efficient service. Jeff and his Team of HUMAN ANGELS went the extra mile to assist with Truckers when faced with glaring difficulties. They took it in their stride. Great work.
I will definitely use their services again for my shipment already booked for the next available Vessel.
