I ordered a specific product from this business who sent me something different. No apologizes. No explanation. I wrote them to let them know. They wanted me to send them a picture of their screw-up. I suppose they thought I would except a replacement item, something I had zero interest in. Very lame. Very unprofessional. A real shame!
