Very angry
Thus company debited my account for a cell phone contract I took out in January 2024.
I ve been trying to contact them on landlines no answer. Emails and whatsapp no reply.
I ve now stopped debit order as this company seems to be a scam.
I urge all ppl not to take items from this company at all.

This is Tashwill 0814730512 is my number...look here its been almost 10 days since the debit order went off and still im waiting for the phone...the application went quick but now it looks like u dissapeared from the earth...this is unacceptable and not on...i want my money back or the phone...otherwise ill take legal steps upon u...cause this is fraud...and your company wil definitely close

Hello am a very angry customer this compony is a scam, I took a phone with them four months back the phone has been working nicely untill January they locked this phone its been a month now this phone is locked yrt they keep deducting money from my account each and evry month this month they took 558 Rands on the 27 of January but their phone is locked I sent emails I called them everyday for four weeks now they dnt call back or respond to any of my calls or whatsapp text this is unacceptable I require response today, anyone who knows their offices so I can take the phone back to them and get my money or anywhere I can report this issue. I'm very disppointed because we agree that my debit would go out on the 31st of each other but you guys tried to debit on the 25th and as soon as the debit didn't go through, you guys locked my phone. The debit went through on the 29th but my phone is still locked. I can't seem to get ahold of africa mobile with all the numbers including whatsapp. Please call me 0645453898. Very poor service from Africa Mobile. My debit went out but they blocked my phone. I did everything stated in the procedure but still nothing is happening. Emails not responded to and the number provided doesn't work.

Hi my phone has been locked for three weeks now and they still debited money from my account, am calling no one responds and the whtsapp as well no one responds,

Customer service is pathetic, no reply to WhatsApp or email.
Debit orders going off with no device or reply
Yet quick to lock one's device.

1 of they consultants contacted me on the 16th of January 2024 offering me a cellphone contract. They told me the device will be delivered to me within 5 working days. They already debited my account for activation on the 25th but I still haven't received the device. Called them numerous times but no answer. Even tried calling the consultant but the goes to voicemail and they say the inbox is full. Can anyone please assist me on this matter ASAP.

Good day, I received a call stating I was approved. Debts loaded but no contract recieved, I'm called 0100215090 the lady said they will send it through shortly. Tried calling again and whatsapp no response!!!!!

How does one get into contact with Africa mobile. I tried the Whatsapp number as well as the 010 021 5090 number. There is no response.

My phone was locked for no reason and yesterday 15 January 2024 they debited,tried to whatsapp and sent an email still no response till today.Im very upset and I will open a case of fraud if the matter is not resolved,I will wait until Friday,if no response or unlocking my device,I'm definitely opening a fraud case.
