Complete scam
Complete scam ordered a blue and silver dress received and blue and unflattering shade of gold dress instead and only offered half refund or forced to pay shipping for their mistake. Item looks totally different from the pic, way worse. They use stolen pics as well.

You ordered a custom-made blue and silver dress, and the item delivered matched the style and craftsmanship as described. The only concern raised was about the shade of the lining (gold vs. silver), which we explained clearly falls within acceptable variation per our published return and refund policy: https://africanattireshop.com/refund_returns.
As a gesture of goodwill, we issued a $95 partial refund (out of a $150 total), which you agreed to and accepted via email. Despite that, you later demanded a full refund while keeping the item, which is against our store policies and standard eCommerce practices.
We do not use stolen images. All our product photos are either our own or from designers we collaborate with.
We are a genuine and ethical small business and always strive to be transparent, fair, and professional. We acted in full accordance with our policies and believe in resolving issues respectfully and truthfully.
