Subscription issue
I signed up in error through another online store. Payment was going off after I had cancelled the subscription.
My query was escalated and I am promised to receive a refund.
Unfortunately I have no need for the products as I did browse through the wide range. Also I am in South Africa and it is an international company. I prefer to shop local.
