Build process update made the experience pleasant and relieve a lot of the concern of "when is my package coming" anxiety.

The pc arrived in under 1 week (was a pre build) from Melbourne to outside of metro Brisbane.
The packaging is exactly what you’re expecting, so you know it’s safe!
The cable management is unreal, the team have done a fantastic job. Now the fun part of getting it ready 🤩

From the start of my build aftershock were more than happy to help me. I was a little overwhelmed with all the choices and different parts as this was my first custom build. Matt talked me through all the required parts I needed and explained what sort of result I would be getting. After I placed the order and it was ready I drove to aftershock in Melbourne. All the staff were extremely friendly and excited for me to pick up my new rig. Thank you aftershock for an easy process. The build is awesome!!

Questions were answered quickly. The team assembled my custom laptop relatively quick. The laptop is excellent, feels solid and of high quality. No issues so far.

The goods were packaged and packed in the cartons very securely and delivered fairly quick.

This was a few months ago. Earlier this year I ordered my pc March 15th and it was available for pickup around April 10th. Amazing customer support as they responded to over 5 emails from me with thoughtful and formal responses that answered all my questions. Everything about the company is fantastic other than the build time but I was given a heads up it would take around a month. It ended up being worth it as I haven’t had a single issue with and pc and all questions I asked were answered. Free 3 year warranty for my pc as well which is incredible. Furthermore aftershock is a really great company with 10/10 customer support and the quality of the parts they use is 9/10 and the overall build quality is 9.5/10

Got exactly what I ordered. Fast Delivery, delivery instructions followed correctly. Only issue, should have small note saying parts, power cable inside unit. I did discover them but nearly bought power cable and plugged it in. If there was a notification maybe I missed it but overall ex excellent.
