Fantastic products, great customer service and fast delivery. I love the knitwear tops I ordered before Christmas. They were so cosy and warm. What I love about Aftershock London is that they have a wide variety of styles, both casual wear and evening wear. They also have quite a few transition styles that you can wear from desk to dinner. I could style all the knitwear tops I bought up or down for the perfect look, wear them to work and then for Christmas dinners and parties. Amazing company and very happy with my purchase.

Placed an order on 18th December and it had 4-5 days delivery time. Now 5th January and I still haven’t received it. No email update or anything. Tried to contact them via email but no response. Don’t buy from this company they sound like scammers.

So, this company were excellent with responding to queries and delivery. Responded well to sorting return. But since I returned my order - it has been 3 weeks and no refund, no response to emails now after being so prompt before. Odd right? Responded so kindly and promptly when buying and when wanting to return but go into silence when chasing a refund. It appears this company may be a scam.
I would appreciate a response to my emails and a refund asap.

Sent return in 3 weeks ago,no acknowledgement and no reply to 3 emails!

Placed an order and need to return as it seems their sizing is not correct on their website. I’ve emailed for a return note, as that is their way to handle returns and I have had no acknowledgment.
