Most Unprofessional and Shabby cleaning!
Despite providing detail about all the areas that need cleaning and the date of cleaning well in advance, they didn't do it even regular household helper level! Also kept calling and asking whether cleaning has to be done on that date !
Lot of places are either not properly cleaned or not cleaned at all. They also state one or the other reason for not doing it - like we have not told them clearly, risky, doesn't come under domestic cleaning, etc. but were in so much hurry to grab extra money and run!
For tenants who are vacating, If they want their deposit back, it's best to avoid them!!
