Great company with a personal touch. Darren came to fix our balcony door lock and was very friendly throughout. As well as fixing the door, he took his time to explain the lock system and gave us advice as to how to prevent similar damages in the future.

Sadly my key broke off in my lock on a Sunday morning which is never a good time. Called these guys to take the key out, arrived promptly, however when he arrived and looked, the man said it was impossible to get key out which I was surprised with, as I had taken pics and sent those to friends (sadly not local) who said wasn't a problem to extract. AFT told me I needed a whole new lock which he duly put on, at quite an expense.
I was not convinced, and took the old lock to a high street locksmith on Monday who extracted it in seconds.
Said you simply need the right tools, which this guy had told me he would bring.
I guess these guys have to make their money on a Sunday call out right.

Great service from Darren today, our door was completely stuck, and he was here quickly and had all the parts required to fix the job in one go.
He also explained clearly every step he needed to take to fix it and made sure we were happy through each step!
