My husband's experience at the Agagsia clinic was positive. Pleasant and responsive staff. The clinic is modern with good specialists. My husband had 6 implants placed and 24 zirconia crowns installed. The prices at the clinic are affordable for almost everyone who wants their smile and mouth to be excellent.

Hello! My name is Sam and I am from the Uk! I am using Agagsia Dental Clinic currently for my dental journey.(March 2026) to (September 2026) This clinic has been a God send to me. From their brilliant, compassionate and brilliantly educated team to there constant checking in and the after care is second to none!
I spent a year talking to SERA from their Istanbul clinic and she has been nothing but amazing and attentive throughout answering every question and never pushing for a sale thats one of the many reasons I chose this fantastic clinic. I felt no pressure but i did feel seen. I flew to Antalya a few weeks ago to start my dental journey. When I arrived my treatment plan had changed but I did require a lot more work as more teeth had deteriorated then the intail photo i sent them. I was taken into a room and my new treatment plan was explained to me. The price did go up from 4200 to 6700 but I managed to negotiate down to 6,200 I wasnt bamboozled with medical jargon and i was not rushed into any decision, they sat and explained to me in great detail and slowly my new plan and why. I only needed one root canal and a sinuse lift they even said that my bottom teeth i had where fine and they just wanted to crown them. So that gained my trust even more as they didnt try to oversell to me or confuse me with medical jargon they really took the time to explain everything to me and as i suffer really bad with anxiety that was a great comfort they also said I could go back to the hotel and have a think as nothing needed to be decided there and then. However I was happy with all information explained to me and I went ahead. I had 11 teeth out with no sedation, it was offered to me but I declined. The surgeon was excellent and attentive and offered constant reassurance stopping regularlyto ask if i was ok, the whole procedure lasted about 50 minutes as the surgeon was just excellent and so effient . Julia the customer service representative kept me calm and informed throughout the procedure and while the procedure was happening kept my traveling buddy entertained and offered a wide selection of free drinks and refreshments, Julia also continuesly checked in on me to report back to my traveling buddy and offer him updates and reassurence that i was doing well. The clinic in Antalya has a pool that he could of used at his lesuire while i had surgery unfortunately it was a wee bit cold as we went in March. After, they made sure to get me to a pharmacy to ensure I got the medication and antibiotics and such. The driver was fantastic and everyone in the clinic was caring and attentive. I have about 5 messages a day from SERA and I had constant texts from Julia ensuring I was ok and checking in on me. I went back the day before I was supposed to fly home for my temps. I won’t lie it hurts and is a little uncomfortable but that’s to be expected from the surgery. I am over the moon with my temps and I have booked to go back for my 6 on top and the rest of my dental work in September (2026) I cant not thank Agagsia Dental team enough for their work and their brilliant attitude. The hotel we stayed in had a soft meal menu and it wasn't too bad at all! I will be honest the breakfast takes getting used to as a Brit. But we where never short of food at breakfast. I would also recommend the prawn and pumpkin soup from the hotel restaurant! Delicious.

I am so happy with Agagsia that my traveling buddy has expressed his interest in starting his dental journey with them as he may only need an implant or two and some crowns. Since coming back to Britain i have received so many complements on my teeth and I am only on a denture at the moment!

I am so excited to go back in September to finalise my smile and graduate my masters in Radiology with the biggest proudest smile possible ! Thanks to Agagsia <3

This statement is based purely on fact that can be backed with medical evidence and is fair and accurate.

Last year I attended agagsia in Antalya. I had decided to get Zirconia Crowns. I opted for sedation due to severe anxiety of dentists, and I was told I would need all my teeth shaved down and 3 root canals. However, this was not the case.

I awoke from sedation to discover that during the 6 hour appointment, not only had they shaved my teeth down, but the doctor had performed 12 additional root canals without my consent. I was given no medical reason for this, I was simply told it was to ensure my teeth would be more comfortable under the crowns. I was also invoiced for the additional work. As a result of this, not only was I left in excruciating pain, but it would be just the start of a year from hell.

I have added the most important parts of my experience.

During multiple return visits at my expense, I slowly began losing numerous teeth as they needed l extracting, and at one point was left with a bridge that was hanging both ends with no support underneath.

I was called 'stupid' and 'a problem' by their Doctor, and I was dragged off the dental chair after sedation bleeding and dazed due to them having another patient.

When I requested temporary dentures, I was forced down and held there while a doctor did the impressions whilst crying in pain.

I returned to their other clinic in Istanbul for new bridges under the promise I would pay nothing more, but then was told I needed a whole new treatment plan wfuch would cost thousands, and was made to pay for sedation.

I developed numerous infections, one so severe that it spread to my sinuses and into my blood leaving me hospitalised with a blood infection.

I attended another clinic, who had to redo 4 of the root canals due to them not being done properly causing failure. This resulted in my bridges having to be destroyed and temporary teeth placed.

I was told a new bridge would be pointless as due to the excessive amount of root canals, it would probavly only last 5-7, years, and therefore the only logical option was full mouth extractions and implants.

An expert report has concluded that the teeth were originally shaved down too much, and therefore root canals were performed in an attempt to cover up this error.

So far I have paid nearly £20,000 to fix this

I am currently without any teeth and have 12 implants fitted t the are of 38. I have had multiple complications due to the ongoing trauma I have experienced. I have kidney problems due to the high amount of pain relief I was having to take, and am suffering mentally. I have missed out of months of valuable time with my child, and even lost my job as was unable to work due to the pain I was in and the multiple trips I was having to take to rectify it all.

I am currently pursuing a law suit, and during mediation the clinic not only refused to take any responsibility, but expected me to return to their clinic to 'rectify' the work on the condition I didn't speak negatively about them and I paid them the £2000 I apparently owe.

Please do your research before visiting this clinic.

The team was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Special thanks to my consultant Fatmanur, she was always there for me, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. 😊

The clinic is clean and professional, and the doctors clearly know what they’re doing. They explained everything step by step and didn’t rush anything.

Overall, I’m very happy with the result and the whole experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about dental treatment abroad. I cant stop smiling :)

The dentists work very well and professionally, but the planning staff does not maintain the same level. Prices change, terms change, and you are only informed at the last moment.

Agagsia dental clinic. They have offices in Istanbul, Antalya and Ankara. I went to the Istanbul clinic. I just got back from there from my 1st appointment Dec 6th. I am very pleased with the work they did and am extremely eager to get back for my 2nd and final visit the beginning of April. Very comfortable atmosphere, they listen well, explain everything and answer any and all questions in detail. The experience as a whole was amazing, well planned, organized and executed. I would absolutely recommend checking them out if you’re interested in dental implants.

Hi from start to finish my first visit was excellent from been collected at airport to hotel which was great my first interaction with clinic people were lovely from the start cannot fault anything totally recommend this place

Before I came here I was searching for a long time for that perfect clinic , and I’m glad I chose this one . Everything was great, doctors was fantastic , healing is going perfect no complications at all. All my questions was answered and doctors was very gentle and careful with me as I’m pretty sensitive to dentists from past experiences. I even lost my fear of dentists here , haha :) So far I’m happy with my progress, can’t wait for second and final visit to get my new smile :) highly recommend this place .
