Placed an order on 12/5/25. Only received partial order. It is now 2/1/26. No response to emails or Facebook. Extremely disappointed. Never have I not received what I paid for from a company, until now.

I ordered a shorty barbell and a tank top. The barbell came quickly, but the tank top is MIA. My order shows "partially fulfilled." Emails go unanswered to both the orders and info emails. and phone calls cannot be completed. The website says the barbell comes with collars and lifting straps, but no collars came with the barbell. I am disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service and order completion.
