This is my second order and love the quality of their products. Spoke to Jenny in customer service, because I paid for "overnight shipping", which could still take a week just for order completion.

This is my second order in 4 months- prices up over 20%. I paid for overnight shipping and still have not got earrings 5 days later. Call me at 904 612 5191- I have also been 3 times on Hold for over 15 minutes with no answer.
