No pressure from the salesman which was good.
We were told by the salesman that fitting would be within 7 working days. Normally within 4.
However once the deposit was taken the fitting date came through as 10 working days later. Hope that the fitting goes better than the experience we have had so far.

UK Call Centre & phone answered promptly. Premium reasonable for the cover provided.
Appreciated the quick answering of the phone and a bonus point for it being a UK Call Centre. My requirements were listened to and some further options were provided. I am happy with the premium for the cover provided.

Dan and James were exeptional

Cheap and convenient
Ordering in incontinence pads for my elderly father has never been easier, furthermore with click and collect I do not have to wait for a delivery I can simply pick up from a selected store in my own time.

Partnership with LV= insurance co.…
My broker quoted an excessive renewal amount for my car insurance (muttering about age limitations).
I went to Age Co's insurer LV= and got cover a fraction of my brokers quote.
Simple to do it all online and I also had to phone and they were very helpful.

The call handler was extremely friendly…
The call handler was extremely friendly and helpful, took me through the policy thoroughly, and there was no background noise distraction at all so it was a calm environment. I left another insurer because of a stressful hot desk environment where we could barely hear each other.
