2 deliveries and 2 major issues
2 deliveries, 2 issues:
1st delivery, a dishwasher which arrived with a huge shock making it useless.
2nd delivery, a table: 1st attempt of delivery we saw the truck coming on the live tracker, the delivery guy then disconnected the tracking and left without a message nor a call. 2nd delivery attempt an issue with the localisation. We rescheduled a 3rd attempt directly with the customer service. 3rd date which is today. We passed the time of delivery, still no news, no message, nothing. Oh! Did I forgot to mention it is a "premium delivery" we paid 120€? Well, I don't dare to imagine how "well" they deal with the "non premium" customers... Can we hope to get our table one day?

WORST DELIVERY SERVICES! UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! No call, txt, emails or update with our delivery! We ordered a SOFA at IKEA and today is the delivery date but we don't have any news! I tried to send email but no reply. It's a WASTE OF TIME! Never again with this UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! They deserve 0 score review! Until now, we are still waiting for nothing!

So far they cancelled 3 times
We are waiting for delivery so far the company has cancelled three times. First time they didn't call or email nothing. Second and third time they they called after or during their delivery time. Each time we specially rearranged our day to be at home at the time of delivery...

After I give you more information regarding my package last week, I haven't heard from any part of you. And I haven't received any information about my IKEA delivery, of course. Really Why bother to pretend and ask for information like you actually will call and deliver my stuff?

THE WORST. AVOID AT ALL COST!
I'm still waiting for my IKEA package. For the third time, Agediss confirmed and no show. There is no email to reschedule, no call, no communication at all. They confirm with you, expect you to stay at home to wait and then NOT do their job. So irresponsible, the worst delivery service EVER.

Terrible service, then great service on the second attemptd
It all started well with texts and emails confirming the date and hour of delivery but then on the day, no one arrived and I received no text or email explaining why.
The following morning I called Agediss and listened to a message telling me to contact Ikea service client so It was impossible to speak to anyone at Agediss.
So I called Ikea who then call Agediss acting as an intermediary and they explained that apparently the lorry broke down the day before so they could not deliver.
When I asked why no one bothered to call me or email to explain the non delivery and why no one had then bothered to contact me the following day to rearrange the delivery, that they charge us for!, Ikea replied " I told you, the lorry broke down! "
No apology, no acceptance that not delivering when they said they would and then not contacting the customer was wrong. I was made to feel that I was the person being difficult for expecting the items to be delivered on the date and time that they had already confirmed with me 😠
So I then asked when the delivery would be made and Ikea replied " we can offer you a new date from Saturday onwards" the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday!!! So i've lost three days waiting to install my new kitchen.
So I've now got a new delivery date of Saturday but I have zero confidence that they will arrive. Let's see what excuse they give next.
Ikea, you have let yourselves down by using such a poor delivery company and it is only compounded by your unwillingness to accept that you have made a mistake.
I paid for home delivery as I thought it would be easier. I can only recommend that people collect in store to avoid all the drama that comes with using Ikea delivery and Agediss.
UPDATE
My kitchen was duly delivered on Saturday morning as agreed and I received several text messages and a link to an app with real time delivery information so the second time around, the service was great!. Did I only receive the great service after posting a poor review? We can only speculate, but I'm glad that the delivery was finally made and I can get on with fitting my kitchen

Worst delivery company
Worst delivery company I have ever worked with. They claim on their tracking site that emails are sent for scheduling the delivery but these emails never come. Not in the inbox, not in the spam, not in the trash. It's just a hoax company. Their tracking site is horrible. No contact phone, no email, no customer form for contact, nothing. Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs.
