I was skeptical, now I'm a believer!
I was skeptical when I signed up for the trial period, and set an appointment with a stylist right away. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Through chat, my 2-hour session resulted in three "looks," each one refined as I gave her feedback. The outfits are cute, affordable, and it's up to me to decide which ones to purchase and which ones to buy later (or pass). I was a Stich Fix customer for a long time, and it never came close to this live give-and-take experience of upgrading my wardrobe. The one thing I wish I'd known was that the stylist session "takes as long as it takes," but fortunately I had the afternoon free. Plan accordingly--but be prepared to love it!
