Do not get their Holi Mane collagen powder! Tasted and smells horrible and they won’t give you a refund. Also they only show their positive reviews on the website, not an honest trustworthy brand. Do not throw that much money down the drain!
Missing items in the order, the only item they did send it torn and the product is leaking- not safe to consume for obvious reasons. They take forever to respond - no phone number and couldn’t care less. They are completely ignoring the fact that they didn’t send me the order I paid for and the one item they did send it damaged and unsafe to consume. This company’s an absolute disgrace! Stay far away!

I placed an order more than 30 days ago and I still have not received it. I tried canceling it pre-shipment since they took 8 days to actually ship the package, but my request was denied. Tracking has been dead for two weeks. Customer service at Agent Nateur offers no resolution. Basically just said, “sorry, nothing we can do”. The only solution they provided was - Wait until you receive it, whenever that may be (if ever), and then you can send it back to us. That could also take another 30+ days. It pains me to write this review because I like to support small businesses, but the level of disconnect in customer service is deplorable and seriously out of touch. Not okay to hold someone’s funds for products you don’t deliver.
