Shame this site is closing down
I bought the wrong product, and sent them an email to see what I could do. I got a response the next day, which happened to be New Years day. After a couple of emails I was offered to return the product. I got a refund about 7 days later.
Top tier experience with zero grief.
I had intended to use the money refunded to buy the item I actually wanted to try, but that would be silly since the site is closing.

I purchased the Ariana & Evans- Chase the Dragon aftershave, which is an exceptional fragrance with so many layers. This fragrance lasts and changes throughout the day, and is better than any big brand/ highstreet aftershave that cos £££'s more! I'll order from AgentShave again.
