Excellent class with Tricia and Jake. Lots of helpful exercises, and some concrete strategies you can use right away. This course was better than I expected.

Steve Spearman is a wonderful trainer. He's very knowledgeable and patient, answering all questions the group had. I also liked how he broke up the learning so that there was some lecture, some video, and some activities. That made the process much more engaging! He was also very receptive to the two emails I sent him after the class. I highly recommend Steve!

This was an amazing class! I had no idea what I was in for. It was life changing and I can't thank Jake and Tricia enough. They are amazing coaches, facilitators and humans. They brought themselves and taught me to do the same, which I already do most of the time, but they gave me validation that I can do so at all times. I want to continue on this journey and share with all my experience. Thank you!

I took SM training from a different company and honestly didn't expect a difference (since all training is certified through the Scrum Alliance). I was wrong. Training was interactive and the concepts were much deeper. Took home 4-5 tools that I was able to start using the next day. Probably the most useful training I've had.

Fantastic workshop focused on tactical tools, answering questions, and group activities! I'd recommend this class to any and all CSPOs/Scrum Masters.
