The CSPO, taught by Richard, was awesome! I came away with real executable strategies, not just theories outlined on paper. Richard uses an interactive approach that encourages critical thinking ski... See more

Great People
The people at Agile for All are amazing. They have a great depth of knowledge of different areas. They are all wonderful to speak to and provide thoughtful and well thought out input to problems/situations.
Phenomenal CSPO training
The CSPO training with Richard Lawrence was phenomenal! From my perspective as a scrum master - it gives me a better idea of how to coach my PO more effectively. Highly recommend!
The CSPO course was very well done
The CSPO course was very well done. The materials, activities, speaker knowledge and presentation format were excellent. I have already put a couple of the techniques to use. I definitely recommend this course to anyone on an Agile team involved with the Product Owner activities.
Richard Lewis was an excellent
Richard Lewis was an excellent, excellent presenter. Very engaging and make 16 hours of class time fly by. I will definitely take more courses from him. Many of the ideas I learned about in the class I had some prior exposure to, but the class really cemented my understanding of many of the concepts.
Fantastic teacher and great classroom…
Fantastic teacher and great classroom interaction!
Thank you for all the knowledge shared and tools you provided to set us on the road to success.
I will be referring others to AgileForAll for any training needed.
Thank you for the great experience!
Course content was very useful even…
Course content was very useful even outside the context of the Agile and would recommend to others . Instructor was very clear and had organized way of teaching the concepts.
Agile for All & Humanizing Work are Unmatched
The Agile for All team has vast and deep expertise in many areas to help you and your organization move forward.Their Humanizing Work event provides insight and actionable takeaways at the individual, team, and organizational levels. Both the content and the approach to content delivery are unmatched. Plus, it's fun and you make lasting connections. There's a community you won't find elsewhere.
Professional and Worthwhile
I just finished my Certified Scrum Master class with an Agile For All instructor, Steve Spearman. Steve is a seasoned professional that is as well versed in Scrum and Agile theory as one could be. He has a great disposition and his teaching methodology is spot-on for this type of instruction. I would definitely recommend Steve as an instructor and would take any opportunity to train with him again. My only complaint with the Agile For All team is that their offerings for trainings are fairly limited. I'm looking into taking the Advanced Certified Scrum Master class, and the only place they are offering it in my region is Atlanta, and I despise Atlanta. Honestly, it's dirty, crowded, and the traffic is horrible. I was able to take my CSM class in scenic Charleston, SC, and it was great. I would have loved to stay with Agile For All for my A-CSM class. However, it appears I'll be taking the A-CSM class in the Tampa area with AgileDad, V. Lee Henson. Still, if Steve or one of peers were available for this class, I would jump at the opportunity to take the class. As far as where I would like to take the class, I would prefer anywhere that is not a large city. If I'm having to travel to a location for a class, the last thing I want to deal with is gridlocked traffic.

More than just Agile trainers and leaders
The Agile for All team is truly excellent. Every team member that I have had the pleasure to work with is invested in the growth and transformation of each individual they come in contact with. I have been to Humanizing Work several years and have attended their CSM, CSPO and LAT "classes" and I'm never disappointed in the fresh and inventive approach to the way we think about work, and how we approach working individually and with others, all while strengthening our skills as professionals using Agile concepts.
Humanizing Work was a great experience…
Humanizing Work was a great experience with a lot of meaningful content. I would recommend it to others, and would like to go again in the future. There are a couple of areas for improvement; a couple of the sessions were more experimental and needed some refining, and there could have been more sessions focused on tactical execution of Agile concepts. But all-in-all it was definitely a worthwhile experience.
Years of Experience
Years of Experience
I have been an organizational and individual client of Agile for All for years. They truly know their stuff, both in the realms of coaching, technical practices, social practices, and changing the world of work.
I work for a Fortune 50 company and have seen a large number of styles, approaches, and theories regarding Agile. Agile for All is hands down the most pragmatic, powerful, and truly transformative of them all.
Highly recommended!
Humanizing Work is a-not-to-be-missed…
Humanizing Work is a-not-to-be-missed experience! This was a truly thoughtful and well run event. I had fantastic group (WABA!) and individual learnings and reflections that are already changing the way I work. I am grateful for the genuine love and care each of the Agile For All professionals gave to us. I will be back!
Humanizing Work 2019
This was my second time ever at an Agile for All training, previous to this I'd attended an on-site session at work, and my first time at Humanizing Work. The days were planned well and the trainers are all top notch. As someone with dietary restrictions the food options were great and varied and most importantly nutritious and tasty.
As for the sessions... I particularly enjoyed those led by Tricia and Henry. "Applying Neuroscience to Collaboration Design","Leadership Self-Care" and "Purpose – Inventing and Turning the Flywheel" specifically resonated with me as did "Leadership Circle Q&A" with Richard, Bob and Peter. There were several models and tools that I learned which I'll bring back and apply with my team and more importantly some insightful tools I'll use to better myself as a leader and lean into my passion.
If I could offer one piece of constructive criticism it would be that the examples Richard used re: buying a truck during the "Value Innovation & Strategy" missed the mark. I appreciated the personal element brought to the example of the truck purchase and where the innovation meet the marketplace. However, mentioning the pre-order of a new high priced electric truck not yet on the market and the example of looking at a Porsche and then mentioning that he ended up buying something that didn't have the status of that make/model but was even more expensive came off a little braggy which I know was not the intent. I would suggest an example that more people could relate to and didn't include any indication of income or purchase power particularly in the time of extreme wealth inequality in our country.
Agile For All team, their classes and the yearly event
If you are able to attend the Humanizing Work event run by the the Agile For All team, do it! Highly recommended. You will get thrown out of your comfort zone from day one, and it will be a great learning experience from there until the last day.
2019 was my forth Humanizing Work event and I'm still getting inspired and enthusiast by this yearly event. I also recommend their "agile classes" throughout the year.

Had a great week learning and growing from the Agile For All team and all event goers! Use this time to connect with yourself and others as you deepen your understanding of Humanizing Work! Beautiful location, delightful food, great learning sessions and wonderful people! You'll crave the synergy this tribe creates!
Humanizing Work: How to Be a Better Person and to Work Effectively with People
Humanizing Work is the best event/conference I've attended. The 2019 event was my fourth time. Always new, refreshing and just different from any thing else. If you are interested in how people and teams work together, the psychology and neuroscience behind human behaviors and the dynamics of organizations this is the event for you. This is THE event if your are into the Agile Movement, though it is much more than a conference on Agile. If you care about leading your team from the heart, this is the place for you.
This is the best conference I've attended
This is the best conference (or event) that I've attended. I always leave with more ideas than I can immediately implement.
I really enjoyed the human interaction…
I really enjoyed the human interaction of this event. It forces introverted individuals to get out there comfort zone, which aides in better collaboration via engaged workshops.
Humanizing Work - Not What You Expect
When I signed up to attend the Humanizing Work conference, I had certain ideas in my head about what I wanted to learn and bring home from the conference. However, once you arrive, you quickly learn that 1) it's not a conference, it's an event; and 2) the event is about so much more than learning Agile basics. What you really take away is insight into how to be a better person, teammate, and leader with techniques about mindfulness, leadership, and exercises that you can start implementing immediately. I would highly recommend this event to anyone I know, even if you're not involved in Agile practices yet.
This is a dedicated group of presenters…
