I partnered with Agilistic to design…
I partnered with Agilistic to design and implement a new operating model across my team of 120 fte.
We'd tried many times before to implement agile but it never worked. Without the support of Steve et al we'd never have achieved this super ambitious outcome.
It was ground breaking. To move such a huge team to think and act different. To break down barriers and collaborate.
It is one of the highlights of my career.
