Customer service isn't a thing a Agilite
Needed my plate carrier canceled because of financial issues with the government shutdown. After days of trying to use their broken customer service AI and emailing them asking for a cancelation they didnt get back to me until three days later. Quote from email below:
"Unfortunately, your order has already been batched and printed and cannot be changed or modified. Once you receive the item/s, you can initiate a return by letting us know, and we will provide you with the return instructions."
Still says pending on their website and the customer service number they gave me to call isn't dailable. So they'll be keeping my money hostage for months now. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from the incompetence of Agilite.

Money paid, items not sent, weird communication
Placed an order on Dec 1.
Wrote them Dec 8, asking why not shipped yet.
Received a confusing reply on Dec 9, saying one item (K-Zero plate carrier) is out of stock, and, as a I understood, a proposal to refund the carrier and still ship the pockets I ordered for the missing plate carrier.
This experience is so bad that I'll go with Crye or Ferro for this next plate carrier setup, out of spite. Don't want to support this behaviour with my money.

Item Listed as Available, But Never Shipped
Purchased on November 27th and nothing happened for days. Only after my third inquiry did I finally receive an email claiming there had been a “system error” and the item was actually out of stock. Strangely enough, it was still listed as available for three days after my order. Very disappointing experience and absolutely not trustworthy.

Orders are frequently not shipped…
Orders are frequently not shipped within promised timeline.
Contacting Agilite proofs very challinging, especially if you want answers where youre orders are!
None of the stuff they sell is cheap so you would expect more care from them with your stuff!
T&E program is a scam to get your data and NEVER results in what they promise to deliver. Qeustionaires is all you get...
And thats why i wont recommend them , waiting for my order or a answer to its whereabouts for 3 months now!
