Nothing short of horrific
Nothing short of horrific. One of the worst returns experiences I’ve ever had. And it costs €15 to do it. It took a week. Would avoid. Great product but find somewhere else to buy it.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I have been a long-time customer of AG Jeans and have always valued the quality of their denim, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.
I purchased a pair of AG Jeans in the UK which developed a clear manufacturing defect — uneven and misaligned inner leg seams causing the leg to twist when worn. The issue was not wear and tear and I provided detailed photographs, proof of purchase, and all requested information.
Despite this, I was repeatedly redirected between the US and EU customer service teams. Each team stated the other was responsible, and no clear contact details for the appropriate department were provided. Ultimately, I was informed that neither team could assist because the jeans were not purchased directly via the US website.
As a customer, it was frustrating to be passed between departments without resolution or accountability. I was simply seeking assessment under the brand’s stated 8 months manufacturing defect warranty.
The lack of ownership and clarity in communication has been disappointing and has affected my confidence in the brand’s after-sales support.
