As well as a beautiful bunch of flowers, Chris has also been available to look after us post purchase.

Nothing more than I have come to expect over the past five years of servicing at Bavarian Boucher Road Belfast. Reception staff professional courteous and informative.
Work performed as described and to good effect. On collection car had been washed and hoovered making my overall experience entirely satisfactory.

We visited the showroom twice and Naomh looked after us each time. She was incredibly professional and friendly. I also appreciated that she gave us space & time to think things over. She also facilitated a test drive in the car we are interested in, and gave us ample time to enjoy it.

Disappointed for it to take 3 phonecalls to arrange a lift home and a pick up so that my car could have essential safety recall work done. This has never been an issue in the past with safety recalls but it felt like I really needed to push for this service for a 3km lift, which was nothing short of embarrassing for your company and felt like very poor customer service. During one of the phonecalls I heard that there had been huge cutbacks to your driver provision in a money saving exercise. This seems like a very strange business move as it has significantly changed my opinion on your professional standing. Getting a feeling that you are cutting customer service corners for better profit margins. In saying that, the drivers that were able to give me a lift were fantastic and even one of them i remembered from the last pick up I had had a few years ago, and him me, which was lovely. I also got to see one of your newer models. Why cut back on this? Instead, I got plagued with emails and calls and voice mails to consider upgrading my car. Please have a major rethink on this. It appears crass and like senior management are ruthless with staffing which puts a bad taste in my mouth and won’t be forgotten. Please note I have no skin in the game, don’t know any staff.
