I was sceptical about this company being a scam so I did some investigation. A picture they use in marketing showing some guys at their auction house with signs of company name etc, if you search the address in a 2025 version of Google Street View your find it's a derelict warehouse.
Scam. Don't use them.

Site was playing up at the end of the auction. The site can be put in English but all further communication is in French. Not ideal because of that.
