This company is a joke. No contact telephone number for customers to chase up orders. No response to emails sent. I placed my order 2 weeks now and I have not had any email to indicate delivery. I have sent a few emails to chase up delivery but no response from them. After reading the reviews am now worried that not only will the dress be bad quality but that it will be delivered late fir the wedding as well

Ordered a dress for a wedding, when it arrived it was far too small. Trying to return it is beyond difficult. They are refusing to supply returns address. Instead of offering a 5% discount on an alternative outfit. I would not waste any money on this site unless you are prepared to loose it. I wish I had read the reviews on here first. This company should not be allowed to operate. Unable to leave zero stars.

Ordered a dress and jacket for my son's wedding. Arrived screwed up in a torn plastic bag. Way too small and material is inferior. Being completely robbed off on email. Wish I'd looked at the reviews on here first.

How this company can be allowed to get away with keeping people's money is outrageous.

I'm absolutely disgusted with them and annoyed at myself for ordering from them. I can't afford to lose the £120 I've paid as I now have to go and replace the outfit.

I purchased a dress as a choice for a wedding. When it arrived it was not true to size and very small. I also felt the description did not match the material or quality. I am currently on the 11th email where they are refusing to give me the return address. I am now going to contact the trading standards. I have only given this one star because i cant leave zero. I would urge you not to purchase from this company unless you are confident you will not need a refund. Teir aftersales is shocking.

I regretfully ordered two outfits in plenty of time for my sons wedding, one for the actual wedding then one for the reception.
I then found one better else where for the actual wedding, just a day or so after. So I cancelled one through them, which they were quite happy about, wasn’t a problem.
I waited months for the dress to arrive, kept emailing them, as well as seeking my refund on the other dress each time. £85.00 is a lot of money, especially when you have other expenses around a wedding.
I am so glad I ordered my main dress for the wedding else where.
I did finally get my reception dress, and thankfully it fitted and looks ok, yes I have had to get it steamed cleaned because of it being wrinkled.
They have promised to chase up my refund several times now, but I don’t think I will be getting it.
So please do not use this company at all.

Ordered a pant suit for my sons wedding it arrived in a bag scrunched in when I took out the jacket it was to small and inferior materials when I finally got in touch I then found out they were in China and I got the address to send it back they tried to talk me out of it they kept saying they would refund my money but I am still waiting dont be taken in by this company they trade under lots of different names make sure you read the proper reviews not the ones on their own website

Having difficulty returning a mother of bride outfit that does not fit and is not of the quality expected for a special occasion. Very disappointing!

Just received my dress, ordered size 16 which is my normal size but when this arrived find its a very small size 14, material exceptionally poor not the quality I expected after paying £85 plus £19 postage. I have emailed for return address but only been offered 10% refund,or I have to return dress to China and pay return costs plus taxes and then wait at least 2 months for any refund that’s if it isn’t lost in transit if this happens which I’ve been told in email often happens I’ll receive nothing. My advise to anyone viewing this website, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unfortunately I fell into this trap and probably lost over £100

I have just had my dress delivered and it is exactly as I asked for. i asked for some modifications to the sleeves and before I bought it I checked the colour of part of the dress. they sent me some pictures of the colours as it was not visible on screen ad overall they could not have been more helpful. I also changed my size before they made the dress ( see note below)
Some advice for shoppers:
Sizes: I am size 14 in pretty much all my clothes but this dress is a size 16 and its a bit tight. i have time to lose a bit of weight but the dress is the measurement they said it would be - its me not them. I had read other reviews that said their dress was way too small so I got out my tape measure and measured my waist I was a bit shocked at my waist measurement and went up a size. When they say they make a dress to fit a 33 inch waist that is exactly the size of the dress - do not kid yourself that there will be a bit of wiggle room and you can lie about your measurements you need or you will be disappointed.
Multiple dresses : As they make the dress directly to order I would recommend ordering only what you actually need and not multiple dresses to try on and send back its not a regular shop so just think it through first .

I really don’t want to give any stars. They are a disgusting company. I ordered two items back in January. The one that arrived was two small so they offered a pittance of a refund. The second item was never sent but the money was taken from my account. After six months of e.mails and lame excuses still no refund. MY RECOMMENDATION DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not use this company. I have been in dispute with them for months. They promised me a meagre refund when they wouldn’t let me return my item but it never arrived in my bank account. Numerous emails have resulted in nothing. If I could, I would give them zero stars. They are disgraceful

Absolutely terrible service. Delayed delivery and then Royal Mail left the parcel outside which got stolen. Royal Mail should not have left package unattended and AGown should have pursued them. I am without the goods and have lost monies, I am reporting them to trading standards.

Be aware, do not order from this company! Poor quality dress received, far too small, ordered size 12 and actually is more like a size 4 to 6. Dreadfull communication skills from this company, who take your money and will not give you a full refund or an address to return the dress back to them. Paid nearly £130 and they offered me 10% refund for a dress that is to 4 sizes to small!!! If you find you cannot get a refund then contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to undertake a 'chargeback'. Overall an awful company and I give them a zero star rating.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If zero was possible that would've been my score. This company / website is a scam. I ordered two dresses - I've only received one. They've taken money for both. I am unable to return the one I have, they keep coming up with excuses / offers (10% refund and keep dress etc). On their website it says refunds - this is untrue. I will keep attempting to get a refund however not holding out much hope. Dress itself is cheap quality, not made well, not true fit - received it scrumpled up in tiny package. Keep clear of this company - DO NOT USE.

Please do not waste your money on this company. The item comes screwed up in the tiniest of bags and is nothing like the pretty item you have ordered. They obviously try to copy the outfit with sub-standard material and the sizings are not UK sizings. When you ask for a refund, they are polite but refuse to allow you to and baffle you with Customs rules and tell you it will cost you a lot of money. They then agree to, as a goodwill gesture, give you a 10% refund which you never receive, despite chasing and chasing. Please scroll past and choose a reputable company, I wish I had.

Don’t touch this company! Worst ever I have been trying to get a refund on my wedding dress now since March! I keep being told is is with the finance dept…a refund take days not months. The dress is awful plus it came with a mark on it.
Disgusting they will not return my money.
I am now letting a solicitor deal with it.

Never order from these people. The size is nothing like uk sizes. I ordered a prom dress for my granddaughter. Meant to be size 10. Was about 16 and made for someone who is at least 6ft. Return is impossible. I had to pay £50 for postage and return to China. Never got the money back but fortunately backlaycard refunded the cost of the dress .

Ordered two dresses for my daughters wedding.
When arrived I was very disappointed as they were all creased and basically looked very cheap.
Size 18 but new I would have to have it altered but both were already far to small.
Emailed company to say coming back, but after emailed back and forth for an address I am still waiting.
Like everyone else poor services and quality of goods.
Waiting for refund.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a dress for my sons wedding. I am a UK top size 14 bottom size 12. so I ordered a 14. The zip wouldn't even meet up. The dress was about 2 sizes to small. I have never ever in my life been a size 18. I guess by the reviews no way I am going to get my money back. The company is a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Shocking service , dress arrived screwed up in a tiny bag , terribly made , looks nothing like the pictures on the website, they refuse to give a refund saying it will cost me too much to send back but when I told them no they are offering me a 10% refund. Absolute joke , just got in touch with Trading Standards. Terrible company , wish I had read the reviews before buying
