Support is worthless
I am a dealer for agricultural machinery and wanted to sell my used machines. When I asked if it was possible to import from another platform, my account was suspended because I had allegedly violated the terms and conditions. After reading the terms and conditions, I wrote to support because I couldn't find any reason for my account to be suspended. After four emails with the response “Please read the terms and conditions,” without addressing my request, I had had enough. (I sent the support team excerpts from the terms and conditions that clearly state that this is a service.) The result: no more account, the worst support I have ever experienced, and of course, the phone number on the website does not work either.
