Vicky replaced a previous representative who had been trying to assist me with connection problems with the Aha Halo. He had left the company. Once Vicky reviewed the data, her communications were excellent with kindness, empathy and commitment to resolution. I really appreciated her dedication and willingness to fit in with my time request for direct phone/computer connection. Vicky resolved my issue so fast with her detailed exploration and guidance. I had problems with my Aha Halo uploading. The care and support, especially from Nicole and the whole team has been outstanding. They never gave up, we resolved it in the end and I can't praise John White and his staff highly enough. They bend over backwards to have a great outcome, satisfactory to all. The aha halo is on and with me day and night for months and depending on how I feel I choose the adequate program. I've noticed that with the vagus nerve program I am much more relax and not so much anymore on the fight or flight mode. I know that at night we are not supposed to use it but I just put it on the Schuman resonance or the Cosmic frequency so it is not per say a program for healing a specific condition but just to be grounded. I just believe that the aha halo is really doing something ; some could argue that it's the placebo effect but I came into some research papers from the late 80s early 90s and well, it speaks for itself.

Great product. We bought 10 Halo’s in total so far for family and friends. Pretty simple to use and we see a great value in the programs as family members are seeing great results; improved sleeping, to the relaxation program. Great customer support that respond within 24hrs for any questions we may have.

I have had so many good experiences from various programs. The latest is the good near vision program. I do a lot of screen work and my eyes were feeling sore, dry and light sensitive. The program helped sooth and refresh my eyes.
The nerve and neuropathic discomfort programs eliminated facial nerve pain and TMJ symptoms.
The lower back discomfort always removes discomfort after standing or walking for long periods.
These are just some of the beautiful healing results that spring to mind. The device is so light and portable and, like many who own this beautiful and effective halo, it is my constant companion. Thank you to John and his wonderful, loving team for bringing this powerful healing gift to humanity.
