I received exceptional customer service from Vicky Wang. There was a delivery issue and Vicky dealt with it promptly and was very good in communicating options and updates. I am optimistic that Aha will be very helpful. So far Muscle discomfort markedly reduce a painful shoulder from operating a heavy extended hedge trimmer, within an hour of using the program. I have used Good luck a number of times with positive outcomes. Once again, many thanks to Vicky.

I'm not going to lie, I was nervous about setting the Aha Halo up even before I got it! I assumed it was going to be hard. And then when I couldn't load the program on to my new laptop I panicked! But then Vicky Wang saved me. She solved my problem in a few emails. And I have been using Aha Halo every day since. I don't expect results overnight because my health problems are long standing. But I'm confident in time I'll make some progress. All thanks to Vicky. This was Customer Service at its finest!

I had trouble getting started with my halo and asked for help. Myra assisted me, adjusted a few things on my computer, and now I'm using my halo. She did a great job, all the way in China.

So far i have many positive experiences already.
one is i was having intense migraine headache one day, i tried head discomfort in aha, which didn't help, then i thought it might be biliray headache, so i tried "gall bladder meridian" frequency in aha harmony, it helped me to ease the aches. another experience was i found out i was bleeding every time after brushing teeth, so i used "tooth and gum" frequency for a few times, it worked too. and the “loud sleep” and “delta wave” are both good sleep frequencies that have improved my son's sleep quality. a big deal! i love this company i have many products from them already.
One thing i do not like about it is they try to avoid using the word "meridian", for some reason, they used the word pathway to replace the word meridian, which feels like it takes credit away from traditional Chinese medicine. I strongly suggest the company switch back to using the word “meridian,” so the origin of this knowledge is properly respected.

The Halo is a life changer, I wish I could gift them to everyone I know. It has changed my health and life. Their staff are kind and accommodating and the product is amazing.

I can't say enough about this company as I've used their products for 10 years. But I believe customer is a must and this experience could not have been better. Nicole was my agent and she showed kindness and patience to get me the help I need. Great products and great company!

My customer service experience with Aha Harmony (specifically Nicole) has been a very positive one. I began because I have a friend who purchased an Aha Harmony unit (AH), and my friend asked if I wanted to try the product by taking one of her programmable 'charge cards' that come with the AH unit. My friend has had nothing but amazing results with her AH, saying she is sleeping better, her moods have evened, and her overall energy has increased. I agreed to try the card, and after a few days, I was 'sold'. I had increased energy and felt overall better; my card was 'charged' with the lymph program. I then went back to my friend, telling her my results, and she put another program of liver support on the card. Wow. I could feel it working, moving energy through my body, but with more of a focus in my abdominal area, ie, liver area. Anyway, I figured I couldn't keep borrowing my friend's charging cards AND her Birthday is coming up, so I decided to purchase extra cards for her and have some on hand for me for when I can afford the actual AH unit, which will be soon! Nicole was very responsive and quick to reply, and within 2 days, my charging cards are on their way! Thank you, Nicole! I look forward to using and having your product.

i was having difficulty downloading a program because of my limited knowledge of computers. the agent named LISA was extremely helpful and determined to solve my problem. here effort was outstanding!

The Aha Halo may look small and unassuming but it certainly packs a punch. As a word of warning we are careful not to overdo the doses keeping treatment sessions to one or two times the recommended timings.
I have used a number of Rife machines including Spooky2 and Mira mate for several years to treat my myocarditis caused by a flu infection. When the VIRUS struck, I felt I needed something stronger, to protect myself and my family so I sent for" Aha Halo." Unfortunately, my Aha Halo arrived too late to save my son who died of “turbo” cancer but it has helped my wife, who was also diagnosed with “turbo” cancer and my own myocarditis symptoms.
Following scans, blood tests and a 7-hour operation she was prescribed 6 Chemotherapy sessions, which I augmented with Ivermectin and Fenbendazole.
When the Aha Halo arrived, we both began regular use, sharing the machine throughout the day and night. It helped with pain for both of us as my Myocarditis was often very painful, as were the after-effects of my wife’s surgery.
After the chemo course finished a scan showed my wife's tumour had reduced by 50%, no lymph nodes were infected and her CA125 blood markers had reduced from 505 to 4, an incredible result! Pain and neuropathy are manageable and her hair loss is minimal. She is now taking no prescribed medicines and the next scan, which is due in November, will show how things have progressed.
The most helpful Aha Halo frequencies for us seem to be Blood, Cell, Abdominal Discomfort, Endocrine, Sleep 3 and Thicker Hair while I also run Heart Pathways and Prostate for myself. The Cell frequency we use as the go to frequency which seems to reduce pain within minutes whenever or wherever it occurs after which we will change to a more focused frequency.
I hope this short synopsis of my Aha Halo use and benefits helps.

I was introduced to the halo through my sister who originally borrowed one from her neighbours. My sister had excellent results using it when she had a stomach flu. Then she allowed me to try hers and I ran the tooth and gum discomfort frequency. I have been suffering with periodontal abscesses for years and one afternoon of this frequency made such a huge improvement, it was amazing! I (sharing with my mum) bought my own as soon as I could. We have been using it every day. I loaded one of the harmony cards while my mum is using the device. I had some issues getting everything up and running with the app, but got it figured out and Lisa was very fast in responding to my email and super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that the team is always adding new programs and tips. I’m hoping they will add some programs for parasites soon, since it is such a huge health problem that medical testing misses most of the time.

Aha Halo got rid of my tooth pain in less than two rounds! I'd also like to thank Lisa for helping me get my points sorted out so quickly!

Just after I fell with all my weight on my arm, i couldn’t use it or move it (also Elbow, hand and fingers).
I used « muscle and tendon » frequency with aha halo, all thé days during 15 days when i fell and hurt my arm. In the same time, I used homeopathy (arnica) and during 1 other week I discovered «inflammation » frequency and used it. After 3 weeks my arm was totaly recovered.
N.B. : no medication, no paracetamol, no anti-inflammatories

Customer Service rates at 10, not five. I have contacted them several times and they have been totally helpful and kind and pleasant on top of that.
The product is simple to use. I am having fun trying different programs. It is easy to load and unload them.
There have been a number of times I’m convinced the aha Halo has made a big difference. These include an acute episode of shoulder pain for my husband using muscle pain, stuffy nose from a food reaction, using the seasonal allergies program, and negative mood program to relieve my mind spinning. It is harder to tell an immediate difference with some conditions I’m trying to treat – migraine and an ovarian cyst. I will not be able to tell with cyst until I actually have surgery, but I’m hoping I’m reducing the size. The migraines have been chronic and I have made progress, but still hoping for more. I do a lot of the cleansing and pathway programs for general health. And I do notice a significant overall increase in my well-being. My sleep has sometimes been exceptionally good with the programs, but not consistently yet, so I’m still figuring out which program helps me the most.
Overall, I am very glad I purchased the aha Halo and I’m using it much of the daytime and sometimes nighttime. We are considering purchasing a second one for my husband.

I am very thankful for this small pocket size device, Aha Halo, emitting scalar frequencies. I was having pain and persistent swelling in my ankle for about three weeks. I used Joint on my ankle for several hours yesterday and the pain is gone, swelling is down 85-90%. I’ll use inflammation today. Vicky has been supporting me with the kindest help, answering my questions promptly! I very pleased with my AHA Halo. My cat loves being in the scalar waves too!
