Item dirty and packaging/documents damaged
I ordered a Makita cordless sander. It arrived a couple of days later and the box was bashed in.
On opening the box all the tabs were ripped, the documents were crumpled and the sander had sawdust on it. This was clearly a return from a other customer.
When I sent photos to one of the staff they said it was absolutely fine and the dust was simply 'cardboard residue' from the box!
They refused to pay for my return postage.
When I order a tool I expect it to be in brand new condition. Will not be using this company again.

Hi Will, this is simply not true, it looks like the box was slightly bashed in transit, albeit the machine itself is absolutely fine. You then demanded a £15.00 refund to which we refused and then told us you would leave a negative review if this was not done, which sadly you have gone ahead with :-(
