VERY RUDE!
This company has the RUDEST Customer Service (and I use those last two words very lightly as they do not appreciate either)!
They are on AMAZON. Their superior lack of manners has cost AMAZON and alas another AMAZON company money as I will be cancelling ally current orders and PRIME membership. CUSTOMERS have plenty of choice A &H !!
As you can see from their response they are RUDE. There are better ways to deal with customers. I hope Amazon stop allowing them to sell on their site.
AMAZON are still reviewing my issue. All you are doing is proving to potential customers how rude and lacking in customer service you are!

Hello,
You placed your order on Thursday, 4th September using our standard delivery service. The order was placed in the Evening at 16:24, meaning that it would not be dispatched until the next day. The parcel was delivered by Royal Mail on Monday, 8th September. What more could you ask from an order that went out on Friday?
You purchased an item through Amazon, not from our website, and the issue was already resolved on Amazon. The item was delivered, but you left a review on Trustpilot without a clear reason. It seems you were seeking ........ for your Amazon feedback, which was not fulfilled. As a result, Amazon removed your review, and you then posted a review on Trustpilot. Despite this, we have provided the best customer service.
We are not the courier, and we did not extend any delivery times. Your order was delivered as soon as it possibly could have on a standard delivery service.
This was not a Prime order, and standard delivery does not mean next-day service. Expecting anything faster without choosing an express option is unrealistic.
Leaving a negative review on Trustpilot for something completely outside of our control is completely unreasonable.
We fulfilled your order promptly.

The quality was like seconds poorly made.
Firstly I had to send a message to find a way to contact csd to have these slippers changed but because I had tried them they’re reply they would not would not give refunds or exchanges and I had worn the item ridiculous I only tried them on, but that’s what happens when you buy things for cheap companies online. As an 83 year old pensioner that was a lot of money to lose for a pair of slippers.
