Business stalked me for trying to cancel subscription

They told me my subscription was canceled, and nothing else needed to be done, but then I was still charged for it. When I contacted them about this they made excuses and refused to refund my money despite having previously told me it was canceled. While making excuses they started telling me about other places I have visited and reviewed which made me uncomfortable and feel like I was being stalked. Definitely not going back there ever again, which is unfortunate since I had still planned on occasionally visiting for chiropractic services from Doctor Jen who was great.
