The delivery, the easy use of the product

The overlays for the buttons does not adhere well. I needed to tape it down. Recommend adjusting the label margins to allow for a larger adhesive surface, or a stronger adhesive on label.

The drain plugs leak, one was shipped with a hole in it already. They leak around the outer seal, not the plug itself. I used silicone rubber to properly seal them. Instead of using a silicone based plug, a threaded bushing seal with a valve would be a much better option, though pricier.

I received my order quickly.

The first ahopegarden hydroponic indoor garden I received via amazon was open and used. The prior mailing label was cut off the top of the box and the tabs to close the box covered with tape that had been cut. It was missing many items containing only: 10/12 covers
10/12 soil holder
0/12 soil
6/12 caps
both bottles of fertilizer missing
No tweezers
Only two crinkled stickers
Only two steaks and these have writing on them
I didn’t open the amazon box for a few days assuming all would be in place. I opened it a few days before the birthday party to find these items missing. We promptly returned it to amazon at no cost thanks to their return policy and ordered a replacement which came the day before the BD celebration and was complete. I do not know where the error arose in sending an incomplete item. I am glad I opened the amazon box and then inventoried the suspect ahopegarden box.

Ordered a kit to replace parts and the stickers were in the bag with the fertilizers. Completely soaked and unusable - leaked into the entire box as well. Told them this and they replaced it... and that replacement had the same issue. Still soaked; still unusable, everything coated in wet fertilizer.

Minimal wait for support center. Agent answered all questions. Good prices and fast delivery.

I received one for Christmas and just bought one as a gift. My only complaint is that things grow too well -- I've been overrun with basil, but others always appreciate receiving some.

Started my lavender seeds and now they're thriving outside in garden. I have more seeds sprouting now. Great seed starter!

Love ahopegarden. My hydroponic that I purchased last year works great and the additional sponges I purchased were a great value and shipped super fast. Love this company!

Not all of my seeds germinate! Why??

Such fun to anticipate the germination and watch the progress.

Love the small countertop size. But the mighty size still grows great size vegetables.
