I could not get through to anybody. Nobody called me back and I never received a response to an email. So I’ve been able to unable to contact the company at all.

Efficient, but….
Efficient, professional. Only one observation. The month or two before the renewal I received several emails which was confusing about the status of the renewal, if the premium was due or paid. Forced me to double check if I had paid.

Short wait time on hold
Short wait time on hold. Agent understood my request to add another individual to my policy. I gave him the requested information and he typed it up and sent me an email with the policy change while I was on the phone. He was helpful and professional The entire process took less than 5 minutes.

Application is useless because impossible to enter actual vessel information (other than fishing boat). Lack of options and customer service nonexistent.

There was a mistake on the application and coverage page. The Agent Jordan called me and was able to fix everything in a matter of 10 minutes. Excellent job!
