One star is too many. Absolute rip off like putting money down the drain. Made no difference whatsoever.

As with many I suggest, I was lured by a reputable name on Dragon’s Den. Expensive looking at the ingredients but then what do I know of human biology and how these things work? I was determined to follow what little instructions there are and made an effort to take the tablets at the correct time. Weighed myself at the beginning and after 7 weeks have not lost any weight. If there was a wonder drug I suspect it would have attracted a lot more attention but I was hoping for some indication that I hadn’t wasted my money! Oh dear!

I was taken in by the fact that it was promoted so highly by Dragon’s Den. I wish I’d never bothered & just saved my money.

Full of false promise, doesn’t work at all. Wish I’d read the reviews on Trust Pilot instead of the Nixol
Website before purchasing this useless product.

As others have said no refunds given & no customer service.

Product is rubbish and a complete Scam! Wasted £82 on 2 boxes and no refund offered when I told them they do not work! Do not buy and waste your money. Customer service also not interested. They just refer to 14 day period to request a refund but you wouldn’t have given it enough time to work.

Absolute waste of money. Not lost one pound.
No instructions when to take, how many to take per day. Nothing.
Useless and a complete rip off. Please do not buy

I bought 3 boxes is they advertised I will loose a stone or two without any effort I did make lots walking reduced my portions of food eat healthy to help didn't lose one pound I think this a scam specially helped to promote by dragon den people shame on them to make money on people account

Enough said read reviews no weight loss absolute waste of money. This supplier needs to go to court and return compensation to all customers

If I could rate this as 0 that would sum it up haven’t lost a pound. With the mention of dragons den thought this might be a winner but so wrong what a waste of money 🤬

My friend and I bought this product between us has the price for three months was over a £100.
Needless to say, three months on neither of us have lost a pound!!
Before anybody comments, yes we did buy direct from the company so we know it’s not a fake company. The reason we bought it was because it was endorsed by Dragons’ Den and also lots of celebrities are supposed to have used it to lose their weight.
Surely all these bad reviews are no good for the reputation of #Dragons’ Den.
Please don’t waste your money, like many others we have contacted the company and are awaiting a reply.

Got told I would lose a certain amount of weight by a certain time, but hardly lost anything at all.
Obviously did this just to get my money. Contacted them about a refund, but as 14 days had gone by I was told I am not entitled.
Do not waste your money.
Customer service after contacting them were rude.

I purchased 2 months of tablets, my son was to lose a stone.
I'm 6 weeks in, I haven't lost ONE OUNCE.
Worst drum, I've now written to them THREE times to enquire about a refund. Theres been no reply at all.

High hopes dashed after month one! No difference to weight despite eating healthily.
Could have achieved more without popping whatever this pill is! Makes you wonder doesn’t it!

Was impressed with the Dragons den support for this product so thought it must be a good thing. How foolish of me. This company is despicable. Please, please do not waste your hard earned money There were no instructions on recommended dose, when to take, side effects, support. No comeback for the customer, in fact , no customer support at all. AND, most importantly, no weight loss. I cannot believe that it is legal to be able to report such totally untrue claims. Where are the British Standards agency? Why aren’t they protecting people from this kind of exploitation?

Quite simply….Don’t waste your money!

Could have lost more weight myself, what a waste of 60 pounds! These tablets absolutely do not work and the companies customers services are awful and not helpful at all, feel like I've been ripped off

I read about this on the dragons den website and thought I would give this a go. Spent over £100 on three boxes and been taking now for three weeks and have not lost 1lb absolute waste of money DO NOT BUY IT DOESNT WORK

I am very skeptical about weight loss products but having read about these. The fact also its sll natural products, I decided to psy the £49 and give it a shot.
That was two weeks ago.

Children are the most honest people on the planet. Today my 8 year old saud 'oh my God where has your tummy gone' I've still got two weeks support left, I have lost 8lbs and I feel better. My appetite is still there but just for one meal a day. And I have what I like.
Honesty. I am genuine, these work. Get them from the right place, there are so many fakes. I have gone from muffin top to baggy waisted trousers. And I wear shorts sbuvevthe thighs... I'm thrilled to bits. Please go on the actual website to buy. These work and I feel good :)

Bought two boxes in early June 2025 for £85 and thought this would help my metabolism and encourage weight loss. The advertising online suggested I would lose a lot of weight. But after taking two capsules a day I’d lost no weight at all. They won’t give a refund after 14 days, but that doesn’t give any time for the capsules to really work. Frankly, they misrepresent this as a supplement after you ask for your money back and apparently falsely claim they will aid fast weight loss in their advertising. Don’t touch with a barge pole.
