Very helpful. Knowledgeable. Polite.
Assessment was done quickly with no stress. Paid the assessor directly and was given a cash receipt. Assessment was completed and EPC registered within 24 hours.
Would recommend these guys to anyone needing an EPC completing..

After ringing EPC I got an appointment…
After ringing EPC I got an appointment the following day. The Assessor came on time and did a thorough survey of my property. EPC issued their EPC Report the day after the survey.
I felt that I had 1st class service for a very reasonable fee.
