Help to organise pills we’ll

Ordered school uniform, waited for 2 weeks no response or tracking etc so I chased them to be informed some of the items was not available. Didnt contact me, took my money. I have just received the final two items over 5 weeks later. Shouldn't be able to purchase if not available, no communication from the company! Very poor service.

Goods are fine but delivery times are very long. Over 3 weeks wait for 2 fleeces!

Great company, easy to order and fast delivery.

I ordered 2 cardigans aged 11-12 years for my 10 year old who is of average body size. She wanted big cardigans but the cardigans were actually too small for her. When I sent an email asking if I could have them replaced with larger ones I was told I couldn't. Nor could I receive a refund. So I have wasted money that is tight in my single parent household. I'm left with 2 cardigans that I can't use. I have used this website several times since 2019 and this is the first time I've experienced bad service.

Placed an order online, after no delivery called and 3 weeks later finally got my order.

A lack of communication meant that we were waiting for well over a month for some jumpers meaning my daughter had to start a new school without the full uniform (and get cold). When I finally received communication, I was told that my order would be sent in two parts as there was a delay with one of the tops, but this didn't happen meaning more delays (and also no more communication or apologies). I would not recommend this company.

Customer service is awful. I have sent 3 separate emails asking for help on sizing and haven't had a single response.

Waited 4 weeks for my order. When calling was told my order was in production, the items that wasn't yet in stock would be sent separately. They come 4 weeks after order date.

Terrible customer service. Complete lack of communication. Still waiting for any uniform. Ordered 4 weeks ago. NO communication until I enquired. 2 items unavailable. Asked for refund and rest of order sent. Waiting still. Now another item not available. Asked for refund for everything and told I cannot have one as they have dispatched it today. Told I can have a refund for the unavailable item only. No notification of courier date/time. Only given tracking number when demanded it. I have logged on to find the courier needs photo ID to be shown and no time given or option to change date of delivery. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I have fed my experience back to the school. Shocking.

No one contacted me to advise there were 2 items not received. I also received the uniform they had in stock after kids started school. I am still waiting on the other 2 items. Communication is key for good customer service
