Inadvertently signed up, like many others no doubt. I wasn't happy at the time but I got over it and 10 months in, happy I did. 80 per cent chance I will be renewing my annual subscription.

I'm sure the AI software is actually quite good but the 14 day free trial is a total lie. It charges you instantly and doesn't refund on cancellation. It is blatant false advertising. Don't sign up to the so-called "free trial". It is nothing of the sort.

AI Pro may or may not be a Scam but the phone number provided through AI Pro Chat Bot doesn’t work (800) 123-4567. And the Chat Bot email support is returned via Damian error message. I hope my cancellation after the free 3-day trial goes through. I cancelled today, 2/1/2025. It says it can still be used through 2/7/2025. It’s concerning that the AI Pro Chat Bot isn’t giving accurate information.

I had to suspend the Visa I gave them + beware that they charge you the minute you pay from the UAE, imo they impersonate a pro version of GPT, HUGE scam alert, DO NOT give them your credit card number...

Be careful! I applied for 14 day trial for 11.35PLN, they charged my credit card and in the same time one the website was information that payment is declined but I have transaction on my card. I wrote 2 emails and they didn't respond. I recived even recipt on my email but on my account is information: "No active subscription. Look for available SUBSCRIPTIONS" and same with situation with invoice. That's horrible! I'm not recommend anyone this AI.
