Worse than the worst! Not recommended! Fraud!

I had to open a case against them on PayPal for the following reason: I paid for 3 days subscription and I could use their service for the couple of minutes. No access after creating 3 videos while I paid for 29 videos or 149 photo creation credit pack. The merchant's system cut off my service after consuming only a tiny fraction of the credits. No way to contact them from the website. They beg via noreply email to repurchase. I have full screenshot proof of their email and the blocked account state. I opened a case on PayPal and they are not responding.
