Good headphones from a brand worth paying attention to

Picked up the Tracks recently and they've become my daily pair. Lightweight enough to forget you're wearing them, and the sound holds up across everything — music, calls, background listening. Nothing to complain about in any of those scenarios, which is honestly the bar.

The microphone works well enough that I've stopped reaching for anything else on calls, which I didn't expect from a wired pair at this price.

The design is the obvious selling point and it delivers in person — minimal without feeling cheap. AIAIAI clearly thinks about how their products look and how they communicate as a brand, and it shows. Already eyeing what to pick up next.

After experiencing an issue with my DJ/Studio Wireless+ headphones, customer service was very helpful, precise, and responsive. Numerous exchanges throughout the day helped pinpoint the problem. A voucher was subsequently issued, and I'm now waiting for a new pair.

I'm eagerly awaiting these new headphones, which have become essential for my late-night studio sessions! The low-frequency wireless model is truly excellent, and the latency is incredibly low!

Terrible headphones for the price

Terrible headphones for the price. I've had two pairs, and both had the same issues. The channel balance is terrible, both via Bluetooth and cable. And why the hell couldn't they have a low battery alert?

Built to Last, Backed by People Who Care

I've been an AIAIAI customer for over a decade now and I'm not exaggerating when I say these are the most reliable headphones I've ever owned. I'm still using a pair of TMA-1s that are 12 years old and going strong, and my TMA-2s just hit the 10-year mark. Try finding another headphone brand where that's even possible.
What prompted this review is a recent experience with their customer service team. I reached out about my TMA-2s and the support I received was impeccable. Quick, helpful, and genuinely invested in keeping my gear alive rather than pushing me to buy something new. That kind of care is rare these days.
The modular design of the TMA-2s is brilliant. It means you're not throwing away an entire pair of headphones because one component wore out. It's a smarter, less wasteful approach to product design and I wish more companies thought this way.
If you want headphones that sound great, last forever, and are made by a company that actually stands behind their product, AIAIAI is the one.

I have been djing and producing…

I have been djing and producing electronic music for 30 years and recently entered the market for a new pair of cans for djing. Previously I have been turned off from the idea of wireless headphones especially due to the fact that they primarily worked through Bluetooth. However when I ran upon AIAIAI's TMA2s, and after watching multiple reviews, I decided to order a pair. I love the modular capability, it was one of the big selling points, also the Bluetooth option as well. I can take a call, and then switch right back over to the wireless function in seconds. The sound quality is great for a pair of dj headphones. I have no complaints. I ordered some new modular parts to tweak the set up to my needs at even given time. Thanks for the great product! Next up im looking to get a pair of those wireless monitors (drool) :0)

It was really satisfactory

It was really satisfactory. I had and issue with my h10, they asked me to send a video and after reviewing it they decided to give a new one. Everything was smooth and quick. The people on costumer service were nice and straight. I’m really happy to choosing them.

Quality has been on point for years

Quality has been on point for years, bought 2 pairs for very different uses, and been using them for years now. They both excel in what they do.
Not only are they amazing quality but the customer service is amazing aswell, i've rarely had such a good experience overall with any kind of products.
I think you found another customer for life !

Customer service not very 'proactive', Latency is as promised and great!!!

Customer service not very 'proactive'. Bought a TMA-2 Studio headphone. Registration for the free Ableton Lite version almost impossible due to erros and bugs (as they are aware of).
I gave up asking for it....No solution from AIAIAI (so not that's why I find them not very pro-active)
Headphone is ok, not Hi-end and therefor pretty expensive, so price-quality is average.
Latency is as promised and very, very good! That's basically the also the main reason I bought the headphone for. Overall, based on above mentioned, 3 stars.

Amazing customer support

This company has amazing customer service. After buying my headphones back in 2022, I eventually had a couple questions and some product issues. They responded quickly and communicating with them was a pleasure. They have even given me a replacement twice, free of charge! And the issue I faced in the first place was due to a faulty product batch, so should not happen again.

Outstanding Customer Support

I ordered from AIAIAI over the holidays and ran into delivery issues due to seasonal shipping delays. Dishonest information

Crap stuff, does not work as described by Aiaiai

Got the Tma- 2 studio wireless +… there’s nothing positive in there. Meant to be for studio work, the sound quality is bad and is not neutral or uncompromising as said on description on any of the modes (including low latency), a total £200/€230 dishonest product.
