There is nothing this company will improve on. All in Black LTD clearly have racial bias within the company, its owned by one family, their one big gang.
Zero hour contracts, long hours, stressful work, experienced racism at work in this day and age, no action has been whatsoever taken against any perpetrators, I've been given the boot.
Stay away from AIB as an employee or looking to hire this firm for security.
They don't provide PPE and force you to patrol the site dangerously.

This company employ non speaking Guards with little to no training They are very Unprofessional and unfriendly The owner of the company does not care as he can pay less than minimum wage. His company flouts the law By using SIA logo yet his guards are clearly not trained to the SIA standard if they can barely speak English how did they pass the required exam???
