We bought off plan for almost three years ago. It was delightfully presented and the sales pitch was really good.
After delivery in January 2026 everything went south. Major water leaks in apartment, garage and caves. Poor communication, poor quality and paint, cheap tiles etc. We ended up repainting everything so we could avoid water marks on the bathroom walls and avoid scuff marks everywhere. When approaching AIC the short answer was to tile our bathrooms to avoid water stains, of course at our own expense.
Water EVERYWHERE - garage, storage in the cellar and owerflowing terraces due to blockage.
We have all our things in our apartment. Under our beds, behind doors etc to avoid mold issues in the cellar storage area. The residence looks old, worn and torn. Drill holes everywhere after water leaks. Doors, stairs etc are broken, scuffed and worn.
This is poorly done and to top it off, we have not a function elevator 4 MONTHS AND COUNTING. What a disappointment. AIC are ducking blaming ”the weather” 😡
